SidmHeal is an independent wellness brand designing intimate objects with the same care most brands reserve for skincare or fragrance. We make a small number of things, slowly, and we stand behind them for years.

We work directly with a select group of manufacturing partners who share our standards on materials, motor quality, and finish. Nothing in our catalog exists until we'd choose it ourselves.

We don't believe wellness needs a personality, a slogan, or a story louder than the object itself. We believe in the work — and in your right to a quiet, considered life behind closed doors.

03 / Warranty A one-year promise

Every SidmHeal object is covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship — from the day it arrives in your hands.

Register your purchase below to activate coverage. Should anything go wrong within one year, we'll replace your object — no proof of purchase required beyond your order number.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, motor failure, and charging issues. It does not cover damage from misuse, drops, exposure to extreme temperatures, or normal wear of the silicone exterior.

Before you submit, try this.

Most issues resolve in under a minute
New objects ship with a travel lock to prevent accidental activation in transit. Press and hold the power button for a full 5 seconds to wake the device. If you still see no light, please charge for 30 minutes before trying again.
Make sure the magnetic connector is fully seated — you should feel a small click when it locks in. Try a different USB power source (a wall adapter rather than a computer port). If the light is faint or flickering, clean the contacts gently with a dry cotton swab.
A fully drained battery can affect performance until the next full charge cycle. Charge for at least 3 hours, then run the object on its highest setting until it turns off naturally. This recalibrates the battery and almost always restores full power.
A small amount of motor sound is normal as objects break in. Rattles or grinding, however, are not. If the sound persists for more than a few uses, please submit a warranty claim below and we'll send a replacement.
